1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ClinicSuite or AroviaHMS-Suite, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all Healthcare Providers and their authorized personnel.
2. Software License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our HMS platforms according to your specific subscription plan (Clinic vs. Enterprise Hospital).
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Managed updates and maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance, except in cases of critical security patches.
4. User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials.
- Ensuring internet connectivity for cloud-based modules.
- Compliance with local laws regarding patient data capture.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arovia provides tools for clinical decision-making, but final medical judgments remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals using the system.
6. Termination
Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, users will have a 60-day window to export their clinical and financial data.
